Gasconade County Senate Bill 40 Board is a local governmental entity responsible for administering county funds for the development and operation of services for individuals with developmental disabilities. They operate under the name of Gasconade County Special Services (GCSS). GCSS opened their office in 1997.

GCSS considers individual funding requests for support such as: adaptive equipment, medical supplies, camp scholarships, therapeutic activities and other individual support needs.
