Personal Enhancement Program
The PEP program focuses on activities, services, or equipment related to a person’s disability that may not be available from other funding sources. This may include camp scholarships, therapeutic riding, and adaptive equipment.
Support Coordination
Once a person is determined to be eligible for services, they are assigned a Support Coordinator. A Support Coordinator will assist a person in developing an Individual Support Plan (ISP), with input from parents, guardians, teachers and others.
The ISP will outline desired outcomes and goals for the year.
Osage County Special Services provides the Support Coordination service for Gasconade County.
Additionally, GCSS contracts with a variety of service providers to assist with services such as sheltered employment, day programs, and personal assistance.
