QUALIFYING FOR SERVICES

Do you live in Gasconade County?

Do you have a diagnosed intellectual or development disability?

  • If you answered yes to both questions, you are qualified to receive services that we fund with local tax levy dollars.

Do you have a Service Coordinator through the Missouri Department of Mental Health?

  • Yes - contact your Service Coordinator to find out what services you may receive.

  • No - your next step is to contact the Missouri Department of Mental Health to confirm your eligibility and sign up. Call 573.368.2200 and ask for an intake worker for Gasconade County. They will conduct an initial interview by phone.
